This another old standard that works well.

Hook:

 Mustad 79580 or equivalent, Size 2-10

Thread:

 Green

Tail:

 Red Hackle Barbs

Body:

 Kelly Green Yarn

Rib:

 Flat Silver Tinsel

Wing:

 Two Grizzly Saddle Hackles Tieds back to back

Throat:

 Grizzly Hackle Barbs

Head:

 Black

 

Instructions:

Pick your wing material wisely. You should try and get the feathers from oposite sides of the cape. They should be as close in shape as possible.
